By accessing and using Aexo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Aexo provides a team communication and collaboration platform that enables users to send messages, share files, conduct video calls, and collaborate in real-time. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

8. Storage Limits

Each user is allocated a maximum of 5GB of storage for messages, media, and files. You are responsible for managing your storage usage. We reserve the right to remove content that exceeds storage limits.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aexo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
